Being a rank-holding Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in Banking and Financial industry, I've held many strategic and operational roles at Standard Chartered Bank in India and Singapore. 

Having led large multi-cultural teams, mentored many young talents, steered highly-driven managers to the path of goal-delivery, I know what it takes to motivate and mold individuals to be their best selves, in life and at work.
